    Out of curiosity, do you have 1,000 as a minimum for monthly local or global search volume? I may have missed that part. Thanks.

    Thanks for your question Stuart! I look for global search volume and use 1,000 as my general threshold. The only exception to this is if I think a particular keyword may become a trend soon - this was true with a lot of my Stimulus Check domain names.

    Good video and excellent that you gave pointers on your personal renewal strategies.

    My strategy is GUT. The only thing I check before my gut is parking stats. If it is making money and it pays for itself I'll renew. If not I'll look at it for the name and go by gut feeling.
